TAMIL NADU
Anna University conducts the TANCA 2016 which is the Tamilnadu common admissions for the M.Tech courses in the state.
ELIGIBILITY Criteria
- Candidates must have a valid TANCET 2016 Score OR a valid GATE 2016 Score
- GATE candidates Engineering Science (XE) and Life Science (XL) must have a valid TANCET 2016 Score
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories) in their qualifying degree.
- Candidates who are Tamilnadu candidates will be given preference while other state candidates will have to apply for seats in the open category.

AP
PGECET 2016 is the Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common
Entrance Test, a state level entrance test owning by the Jawaharlal
Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK). AP PGECET is conducted
by the JNTUK on the behalf of the A.P. State Council of Higher Education
(APSCHE), a statutory Body of the Government of A.P., Hyderabad. The
students who want to go for the postgraduate in engineering, technology
and pharmacy can opt this test. This is the AP entrance test for
ME/M.Tech/M.Pharmacy courses. The qualified candidates of GATE/GPAT need
not to take this test as they are admitted on the basis of their score
card of GATE/GPAT.
Eligibility Criteria for AP PGECET 2016
To get eligible in AP PGECET entrance examination and study in this University candidate are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
