Shouldn't counsellors study healthy people too?

Counseling, sometimes called “talk therapy,” is a conversation or series of conversations between a counselor and client. Counseling usually focuses on a specific problem and taking the steps to address or solve it.
The client is as a normal guy and not a mentally ill person. Just because he face so issues doesn’t make him not healthy as the others. This question seems to stem out of the concept that the client is having mental illness.
Of all the skills a counsellor has to acquire unconditional positive regard is by far the most complex and difficult to learn. No one likes to be judged, he should have a non judgemental attitude.
Often the professional knowledge makes counselors judge people and they are considered a pest by their peers. I experienced it in my initial days when I realized the issue I stopped using the knowledge in my real life.
Everyone got his or her issues even the counselor has his own personal issues. :-)
So client is no way inferior to counselor or the rest of us.
