Why is it that the Indian society is so highly conservative with the idea of change?

India has been known as a spiritual hub. The peculiarity of Indian spirituality is that it is interwoven with our culture. ‘Sanadhana Dharma’ which the vast majority practice is a way of life than a religion.
Any change has a ripple effect, which creates a series of changes.
A change in Indian society means much more than just a social change. It has an affect on the way of life which affect the spirituality.
Hence any change in culture is seen with caution. If this caution is not there the concept of spirituality will be the victim.
