Do strict and/or fundamentalist Christians dislike liberal Christians even more than atheists?

Short answer - An Enemy Within is more destructive than an outsider.
I am a conservative(not a fundamentalist) What is the difference between conservatism and fundamentalism?
Conservatism is generally the belief or attitude of wanting to preserve traditional institutions within society and culture.
Fundamentalism takes the conclusions of a philosophy and uses them as givens for any future analysis.
Cancer cells are part of the body yet stand against it.On the other hand Pathogens can cause trouble but when compared to cancer cells they cause less damage. Liberals are like cancer cells and atheist is like pathogen.
Conservative Christians are clear about what they believe and think. They know what the Bible says; they know who they are; they know what they’re doing in life. Jesus is the Lord.
Liberal Christians are seriously focused on God's love, and they're not afraid to insist that anything that hinders that love must be suspect. The concept of Sin is almost irrelevant. For them Jesus was mainly is a social activist than Jesus the savior.
Some Major differences
1. Abortion
Liberals: Support the right for a woman to decide for herself whether or not she will have an abortion. The life of the unborn is not considered.(Freedom)
Conservatives: For them a ‘human life’ is much more valuable than a woman’s right. They abortion would be completely banned as it goes against Church teachings and morality.
[Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill ]
2. Same-sex Marriage
Liberals: Most liberals support same-sex marriage. (Freedom)
Conservatives: The Bible condemns homosexuality as an immoral and unnatural sin. Same-sex marriage is against what the Bible defines marriage as.
[Leviticus 18:22 (ESV) 22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.]
3. Birth Control
Liberals: See, most liberals (as I said earlier) aren’t pro-abortion. And the best way to lower abortion rates is to increase the accessibility and availability of birth control.
Conservatives: Many conservatives oppose birth control. They believe it’s against their religion. If it were up to many of them they’d do as much as they could to limit and restrict access to all forms of contraceptives.
[Psalm 127:3–4 (ESV) 3 Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, he fruit of the womb a reward. 4 Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. l]
4. Concerning the Bible:
Liberals do not see the Bible as authoritative in the way Conservatives do. They deem much of Scripture to be a historical, not believing in a literal Exodus, virgin birth of Christ, or that Jesus actually did and said all that was attributed to him in the Gospels.
Conservative Christians view the Bible as God’s inerrant word.
Mercy, freedom, open mindedness, do not judge are the favorite words for liberals. Using these they try to corrupt the teaching of Jesus. Jesus and faith are less important. Hence they pose a greater treat to the Christianity.
These words from Marcus Tullius Cicero explains why liberal Christian pose a greater threat to Christianity than an atheist.
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
