Chances are less. But it very much depend on her faith and your name.

• It will be really difficult if she is a practicing Christian(conservative). Her approach will be more of a spiritual type. Her decision will be on a faith level, she won’t be ready to marry a guy who is a non Christian. As marriage is a Sacrament and both of you need to be Christians.
• But if she is liberal, ie she has a Christian name but not a divot Christian(a name sake Christian). Her decision will be based on what others think rather than on her faith. For her the Church and Christianity is a social institution.

In such a case if you have Christian name your chances are high, though you said you are an atheist. As social acceptance is achieved with that name. But if your name is non-Christian she may not agree.
