Do Indian Christians hate Hindus?

The assumption that Indian Christians hate Hindu’s lack proof.

When I hear the name ‘INDIAN’; I hardly see his/her religion. Among my relatives and friends we don’t mix religion with patriotism. Most of my best friends are Hindu’s, have few Muslim friends and few atheists as well.

John 13:34-35

34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

This is essence of Christianity. If a person who claims himself to be a Christian hates others he/she doesn’t qualify to be a Christian.

1. What do Indian Christians think about Hindus?
2. What do Christians think about Hindus generally?
3. What do Indian Christians wish Hindus knew about them? Also, what do the Hindus think about Christians, Christianity and denominations?

The answers pretty much proves that ‘Indian Christians’ don’t hate Hindu’s; in fact they love and respect them.

Most Hindu’s also share the idea of seeing humans as humans irrespective of religion.

There are people with fundamentalist views, who hate people of other religions. We can find such guys among Hindu’s and Christians; can’t we just ignore them.
